DCF states that the Florida Abuse Hotline accepts reports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for known or suspected child abuse, neglect, abandonment, and known or suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a vulnerable adult. DCF also says to call 911 if a child or vulnerable adult is in immediate danger. For online reporting, DCF warns that web reporting should not be used for situations requiring immediate attention; if there is immediate danger, call 911 and then call the Hotline.

The AHCA Office of Inspector General/Office of Medicaid Program Integrity accepts complaints associated with Medicaid billing fraud.
