DCF states that the Florida Abuse Hotline accepts reports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for known or suspected child abuse, neglect, abandonment, and known or suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a vulnerable adult. DCF also says to call 911 if a child or vulnerable adult is in immediate danger. For online reporting, DCF warns that web reporting should not be used for situations requiring immediate attention; if there is immediate danger, call 911 and then call the Hotline.

Medicaid fraud complaints may also be submitted through AHCA’s Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Complaint Form. The AHCA Office of Inspector General/Office of Medicaid Program Integrity accepts complaints associated with Medicaid billing fraud.
